Chapter 16 SS 6 – Daily Training (Leveling Arc) (Mixed POV) Part 3
Hikaru, Sera, Sistina, Mia (Group 3) (Magician type)
Satou thinking back, in Blue Territory.
Hikaru, Sera, Mia, and Sistina exit from portal in Solitary
Island Palace after having whale karaage, salad made from natural vegetables
and some plant monsters of Selbira with Thousand Island sauce and mayonnaise,
roasted Blasted Corn topped with wild honey, sunny side up egg of giant
cockatrice made by Satou for all the girls before they start their daily
training. With satisfied face, they enter Blue Territory for today’s training,
hoping to raise their level and skill proficiency.
“This place is great. It has fresh air and beautiful
landscape. Feels like we are on a vacation.” (Hikaru)
“The sun is hot. Let’s train hard and get our level up”
(Sera)
“Nn. Shade” (Mia made a shade for everybody using Shadow
magic)
“Thanks Mia. I will use the cooling drone too” (Sistina
takes out her cooling drones that uses Ice Stone from her Storage for everyone)
Mia’s Shadow magic seems advanced enough to withstand strong
sunlight. The girl’s training seems to be like a picnic stroll.
The monsters are hiding in the forest as usual. Hikaru
extend her hand outwards and move it horizontally until the farthest she can
reach at her back. The light and sound wave she generated allow her to
<Scan> her surroundings for about a hundred metres. During when she
arrive at this world as a hero of Saga Empire, she learns this technique from a
mage. They always use this technique to check the surrounding during battles to
look for enemy.
“Hostile enemy detected. Two on the front right, one from
the front left, and one from the back left.” (Hikaru)
“I will deal with them. <Photon Laser>” (Sera)
They go and see the slaughtered enemies. They are just small
creatures, similar to pterodactyl, but look malnourished. The cut is clean, but
it didn’t hit the right spot.
“Looks like we might get some disgruntled words from Liza”
(Sistina)
“Nn. Unhappy” (Mia)
“I wonder why such small creatures abandoned their nest so
early and come out to hunt. They looked underfed. Is their habitat destroyed?”
(Hikaru)
Out of a sudden, a black creature came flying in the sky in
zigzag motion, then lands onto one of the trees. The creature then close its
wings to reveal a pair of long antennae and is flicking it around, licking it,
then points it at the girls direction, revealing its form as a large cockroach.
“I think we should kill that thing before it come for us”
(Hikaru)
Hikaru invokes her Nature magic <Force Javelin> on the
cockroach, and it just swat the attack away like it is nothing. Hikaru then
invokes her next attack, <Multiple Force Javelin> onto the cockroach
again. This time, the cockroach leaped up and swat several of the Force
Javelins with its feelers and avoided the rest while flying in zigzag motion
again, getting close to the girls and slam into the flexible shields and scale
shields, stopping it and it clings to the shields. Hikaru appraise the
cockroach while it is eating the shields.
“Hmm, from the training we have before this, I’ve never seen
this creature actively going out before. This cockroach is level 60, seems
overwhelmingly powerful”
There were cockroach outbreaks in Blue Territory before, but
it was quickly quell down by Satou. Satou since then provided some pilotable Holy Shell Mobile Armour and
a mobile base for research on the flora and fauna of Blue Territory that is
still unknown, and to find new cure for some disease that can’t be cured with
magic. But the main purpose is to find any dangerous elements in Blue Territory
early.
Blue Territory is house to unknown amount of monsters and no
kingdom managed to reclaim that land for long after Golden Wild Boar King Demon
Lord used it to destroy Furu Empire.
More monsters came out of the jungle and dash towards the
girls. Hikaru goes to the front and act as the vanguard. Multiple <Flexible
Shields> appear in front of them for the mastery of Hikaru’s nature magic at
level 10.
“<Dance> Claiomh Solais” (Hikaru)
Thirteen pieces of blue-light version of Claiomh Solais is
floating in the air and starts going towards their target. Hikaru control the
magic blades carefully while holding onto her holy sword. Hikaru sliced off the
heads of the monsters with great precision and stow the meat into her Infinite Stowing
(Inventory).
Mia utilizes her <Wind Cutter> and <Aqua Cutter>
spells to cut down the monsters with precision, with Garuda and Leviathan
summons guarding her. Mia utilize <Sky Walk> and <Aerial Boost> to
fly and scout the area with Garuda. Sera create thin strands with <Light>
magic that precisely lop off the head of approaching monsters. Multiple more of
the thin strands invisible to the eyes surround the girls in a dome shape and
follow them like mana shield. This method consumes much less mana to maintain
and is harder to detect. Sistina’s sniper golems aim their rifles at the head
of the monsters and kill them with a single hit using Adamantium shells. Her
defensive golems and melee golems are stationed at the rear of the group to
prevent surprise attacks. Multiple invisible flexible shields are deployed by
the girls and Sistina’s golems.
The level 60 cockroach is still actively consuming the
flexible shields and spitting out green goo that physically melts the flexible
shields and whittle the hitpoints away quickly. The monsters that got sliced
have quite grotesque form and are exceedingly aggressive. The girls stop
storing the monsters and choose now to attack to kill them effectively. Ten of
Hikaru’s Claiomh Solais’s magic blades are still hitting the cokcroach’s solid
black shell body, but it doesn’t produce any effect. Hikaru properly instruct
Claiomh Solais to aim for the feelers. Sera place a netting made of light
<Laser> on the cockroach to cut it to pieces, but it just rest there and
did nothing to the cockroach. Sistina’s Adamantium bullets shot by her sniper
golems at the cockroach underside facing the girls are not very effective due
to the shields’ dampening effect. The other monsters came rushing at the girls
when the feelers of the cockroach swings fast at the girls direction.
“Risu! What happened to you!?” (Hikaru)
Hikaru’s pet squirrel in Blue Territory come rushing in its
mutated grotesque form and slams onto the flexible shield very hard. Its
content was gurgled out and sticks onto the deployed flexible shields. The ones
that get the stains immediately melt away. The monster squirrel then scratched
the shield with all its strength and uses its elongated jaw to bite and chew
away the shields. Hikaru cried when she see that the cute little creature that
became her friend one day during her training at Blue Territory will be turned
into such a pitiful state.
Hikaru ask the other girls to spare the squirrel for the
time being.
The other monsters crash onto the flexible shields deployed
and are taking them down very quickly.
Realizing this, Hikaru, Sera, and Sistina cast <Sky
Drive> and get to the sky. Sistina’s golems got <Levitate> spell on
them to float into the air. Mia’s Leviathan shoot its <Water Cannon>
blast and <Large Tsunami> blast towards the goo-shooting monsters and
created a large tidal wave of water in the forest, changing a portion of the
landscape. Leviathan then floats on the centre of the water
Hikaru tried to collect Risu with a flexible shield
enclosure, but end up getting some of the green goo on her hand when the
magical case lose its underside to the green goo gurgled out by the squirrel.
The green goo got into contact with the golden armour that Satou prepared as
hero Nanashi. The surface starts to distort and the defensive mechanism of the
golden armour kicks in. Sound of metal singed and a little white smoke similar
to acid chemical reaction can be heard. The metal bits begin dropping off the
surface slowly and the process stop after a while, chipping off a portion of
the armour. The armour begins to counteract against the chemical reaction
attack and recover its surface automatically. Sera cast <Heal> and
<Purification> magic on them, but the remainder still continues to chip
at her armour.
“Don’t come into contact with the green goo. It seems to be
something more dangerous than we though. My <Appraisal> of it came out as
<Unknown>, and its presence and my magic essence detection seems to pick
up that this is a foreign substance and give off an ominous feeling.” (Hikaru)
“Let’s bring a sample back to lab and investigate it with
the new equipment Satou made” (Sistina)
“My <Light> and <Holy> magic should be able to
purge and repair any damage done by the green slime emitted by the strange
monsters, yet they can’t do much against them. I can feel that my magic is less
effective this time” (Sera)
“Can you reverse the condition on Risu? I can’t stand the
thought of losing it. Mia, what do you think of this? Do the elves deal before
with such situation?” (Hikaru)
“Mwu. First time. Emergency. Powerful spells”
All the girls cast their strongest <Heal>,
<Purification>, <Magic Break>, and <Dispel> together with
ritual magic on Risu with maximum concentration due to lower spell efficacy.
Its condition gets better, and Hikaru give it some nuts for food and some water
from her Infinite Stowing (Inventory). The squirrel takes several bites of the
nuts and sips some water, but it immediately got into a fit and starts showing
symptoms of an infection. The eyes bulge and the veins display colours of blue,
red, and purple. Hikaru quickly remake another containment case with flexible
shield and Risu starts to behave violently and started scratching and vomiting
green goo that quickly erode the casing.
From the air, they can see that the landscape has changed
due to the tidal wave attacks. A large portion of the forest ground is now
submerged in water. However, the trees and rocks can be seen shaking a little.
The girls thought that it was due to the tremor of the attack earlier, but it
has larger cause to the situation that the girls didn’t realize.
The girls felt heavy and they require much more
concentration and mana to maintain their <Sky Drive>. The girls fly to
another location to reassess their situation.
“I will get the [Research Centre] made by Satou to our
location so we can start analyzing the sample on Risu as quickly as possible.”
(Hikaru)
Risu is trashing around as Hikaru’s Magic Hands are holding
onto it. The Magic Hands are weak and flimsy, and Hikaru can only make fifty of
them at most. She keeps repeatedly make new ones and get destroyed to hold onto
Risu. The deployed flexible shields are weak and Risu’s spits make the girls
work hard to recast the spell and drains their mana quickly. Leviathan swims
towards them, but begin to mutate and fall into a fit similar to Risu earlier.
Mia tried to unsummon her spirit summon to avoid it from suffering further, but
the mutated Leviathan has already changed and can’t be unsummoned. Mutated
Leviathan started trashing around and spits out watery goo. It tried not to
harm its master, but it seems to be forced into attacking her, therefore it keeps
trashing around to prevent itself from doing real physical harm to its master. Mia
seems troubled by the suffering the spirits undergo.
Hikaru activated the transmission device to recall the main
base that the girls can use to operate as their backup in case of emergency.
“The controller failed to recall our base of operation
through space magic <Return>. Let’s proceed with manual operation and
home into our position.” (Hikaru)
“Space Magic jammed” (Mia)
“It seems that the area is enveloped with some kind of
foreign magic particles, space magic is affected and is not effective in this
area. Even our position is concealed and not revealed in the location finder
golem” (Sistina)
“We have to quickly bring this sample to analyse it. I will
continually use <Purification Virus> and <Remove Disease> to slow
down the infection on Risu.” (Sera)
“It seems this device can only act as a beacon for the base
to locate and move towards us. If it can’t locate us, it will probably use the
shortest path to locate us. We will move nearer to its last transmitted
location to get to it faster. Let’s wear the <Astro Suit> Satou provided
us with” (Hikaru provide the girls and herself with the <Astro Suit> to
wear from her Infinite Stowing (Inventory))
The girls’ magic has been considerably weakened and mana
recovery is slower than usual. The condition in the atmosphere around the girls
is similar to some unique skills they have encountered, but this one is cause
not by skills or spells.
They were forced to leave Leviathan behind and proceed
towards the mobile [Research Centre]. The girls’ spells begin to lose their
efficacy terribly and even mild <Heal> spell takes huge amount of mana
and concentration to cast. Risu started breaking the Magic Hands faster than
Hikaru can remake them, and they have to make their way with Risu dropping
midway and hoping they could catch it up later. Risu follow the girls all the
while, trying to spit goo at them. The trees uproot themselves while swinging
their branches towards the girls. Some small stones begin rolling and trying to
trip the girls. Larger rocks and boulders raise small arms or produce a spout
to shoot and throw stones at high velocity towards the girls.
Without their flexible shields, the girls have to rely on
their physical stamina and agility to avoid the incoming stones. Hikaru use her
Claiomh Solais to intercept many of them, dealing with the larger ones. Mia’s
bow skill allows her to shoot down the stones with her arrows and the attacking
trees. Mia displays her impressive archery skills by sharing Garuda’s sight
with her, and shoots multiple arrows with precise accuracy. Sera equipped
herself with a pair of silver gloves, knee cap, and boots, and start kicking with
her legs and blocking the stones with her fist. She sometimes catches the
incoming rocks and throws them back like a martial artist master. During
younger days, Sera used to watch her sister train in martial arts, and practice
them in secret during her free time, even after attending the monastery and
practice to be a miko there monastery. Sera’s movement is as natural as the
wind and as graceful as an antelope. Sistina’s golems were made to take
humanoid form and run along with them beside the girls, as the grounds is not
stable and riddled with stones, roots and sudden attacks from the nearby trees
or rocks. Some golems got entangled by root traps set by infected trees, and
they tried to corrupt the golems. The process takes a long while, so the golems
just continuously hack away at the trees. Some of them manage to free
themselves, and Sistina command them to rejoin the girls in their battle. The
golems guard the rear and some even sacrificed themselves to block large
boulder attacks at the rear while Hikaru is busy in the front.
“What is happening exactly? Monster attacks, and now even
the rocks and boulder are turning into golems?” (Hikaru)
“Can you create another summon to assist Hikaru, Mia?”
(Sera)
“Mwuu. Spirits run away. Insufficient” (Mia)
“Even my golems with magic core as power source have stopped
operating. Only those using philosopher stone furnace can still function”
(Sistina)
The girls continuously run while fighting and avoid the
incoming attacks. Garuda spotted something from some distance and Mia informed
the girls of it.
The girls finally reached their destination and an invisible
object break out from the ground. After a while, the [Research Centre] scanned
the biometric of the girls and recognize them. The large-scale spell of
<Mirage> and <Camouflage> cast on the mobile [Research Centre] is
now cancelled and the girls quickly board it by being <Warp> into it.
They exit the quarantine chamber after getting the green light in three
seconds. Hikaru go to a special chamber that specialize in managing infection
and remove her <Astro Suit> there. She takes a small swab from the
residue goo on her armour, and the reaction caused smoke to rise from the swab
tool made of soft cotton-like material and it fell on the floor. Hikaru picked
it up on the floor with a pair of tweezers and place the sample in between two
slides of glass-like material. The security of the room has risen to Biohazard
Alert Level 4, the second highest emergency warning in the research facility.
Mia sits in the operation room and monitors the environment
and she drives the [Research Centre] to deal with any incoming danger. Sera
gets more supplies that deals with infection, and Sistina tune-up the entire
research facility to operate at maximum capacity.
Hikaru check the sample under the microscope and found that
the cells have begun mutating. She crystallized the sample with Ice magic
<Cyrofreeze>(Hikaru was guided to Dejima for some power-up with Core-chan’s
gift orbs by Arisa and girls some time after the succubus incident) and
examines it with an electron microscope made by Satou (Hikaru needs to supply
electricity by a focused large electrical charge Lightning magic
<Thunderbolt> and Light magic <Illumination> for display at the
diaphragm). There are invasive viruses that attack the cells of the creature
and produce mutated cells. The mutated cells turns violent, spreading its
appendages into nearby cells and inject the virus nearby it or into it, causing
a sustained continuous chain reaction. The cells affected include soft tissue,
muscles, bones, organs, etc. It is a
very alarming discovery, and the Hikaru is shocked to learn the extent of the
infection. The most shocking discovery is that the virus has the capability to
instruct some of the invaded cells to stick onto inanimate cluster of particles
and use its appendages to enter and control the particles. After some time,
when the cells have died, the virus can already control the particles and it
starts to spread to other particles. The virus is trying to convert the
environment to itself in its entirety.
The discovery of the virus left Hikaru distraught. It is
somewhat similar to a science fiction Hikaru used to read when she is young.
Hikaru uses the intercom in the lab to announce the nature of the infection
they are dealing with.
Hikaru wears back her <Astro Suit> and goes out of the
lab. At the exit, she regrouped with the other girls. Mia has parked the mobile
[Research Centre] inside a rock solid cave. Though conversion of the
environment would eventually reach there, it would take a very long time, as
there are a lot of materials to convert and the solid nature of the granite mountain.
Risu finally caught up with the girls and still in its mutated for, begin
barging at the flexible shields and force shield set-up around the [Research
Centre] perimeter together with other animals that turned into monsters. Mia
operates an arm from the side of the [Research Centre] to catch and place Risu
into a suspended animation chamber that is equipped with <Space> magic
made by Satou.
The girls then quickly go to the disinfection chamber, turn
on the disinfection spray and soak up to waist length in liquid Magic Essence
that dissolves any organic materials. They got up from the Magic Essence pool
and got into the command chamber of the laboratory. The girls then enter their
individual capsules and are swiftly moved to their Holy Shell Mobile Armour.
Hikaru gets a white shining Holy Shell Mobile Armour, equipped with HS32-
Divine Blade, HW47 – Magic Wand, HWB56 – Divine Wand Blade, and a HD21 – Divine
Reactive Shield.
Mia get a leaf green Holy Shell Mobile Armour, equipped with
MW35 - Divine Wand, and MS43 - Divine Magic Shield slotted with MF10 – Magical
Flute Wand and MB15 – Divine Magic Bow
Sera gets a brilliant silver Holy Shell Mobile Armour,
equipped with SEW41 – Divine Holy Wand and SES38 – Divine Magical Shield that
can produce multiple syringe physically and magically to inject and procure
specimens.
Sistina gets a glowing blue Holy Shell Mobile Armour,
equipped with dual SIB32 – Divine Magic Baton, and dual SID11 – Extendable
Magic Shields on both arms.
Hikaru’s Mobile Armour is designed for direct combat use,
with focus on sword and magic damage. Her Mobile Armour is also equipped with
256 attack pods and 64 repair pods, equipped with self-repair module.
Mia’s Mobile Armour is designed to maximise strong summons
with small area focused buff and also support system for summons and channels
magic attacks from all other Mobile Armours.
Sera’s Mobile Armour has strong defensive system focusing on
survival and healing. Her attack pods can both deal damage and can heal allies.
Sistina’s Mobile Armour specialise in modern warfare and
group battle. Sistina also has special magic compartment to study how to
convert the monsters back to their original form.
All Holy Shell Mobile Armour is almost 10 metres tall,
giving an intimidating feeling to humanoid-sized people. The Mobile Armours are
powered by Philosopher stone furnaces and Chromatic stones.
The girls quickly get into action and equip, refuel and
check their Mobile Armour individually. The process that normally takes up to
30 minutes is now shortened to 2 minutes due to assistance of Raka Mk4 AI made
by Satou, but Satou still wants to reduce the time of the system by making use
of time and storage magic in the future. The Mobile Armours roared to life,
Hikaru swings open the [Research Centre] doors and the girls step out into Blue
Territory forest again with their suit and Mobile Armour equip this time. The
[Research Centre] is not cram at all due to Satou’s and Arisa’s placement of
<Space Magic>. The girls try to get use to their new toys, as they can
only use <Flash Step> and Aerial Boost of wind stone element from the
Mobile Armour. The girls still remember the accident that happened few days
back when Hikaru tried to perform <Ground Shrink> and end up inside a
mountain. Due to Satou’s failsafe measure, Hikaru only end up immobilized
inside a huge rock and didn’t merge with the rock.
The girls got to the spot which they first spot the mutated
cockroach. Things look normal for the time being in normal display. However,
things are moving at the background, out of sight from the girls.
“I will check the surroundings with heat sensor and tremor
sensor” (Hikaru)
Hikaru checks with her Mobile Armour sensors and also
activated her <Appraisal> skill.
“Nn. Activate sensors” (Mia)
“I activated my sensors too”
“My machine has many golem units with sensors too. They can
detect at location far away” (Sistina)
Mia, Sera and Sistina also follow suit and activate all
their sensors for long-range monster detection and mapping.
The Mobile Armour sensors detect numerous sources of minor
tremors and strange temperature readings all around them.
“You all be careful of your surroundings. My Appraisal skill
sensed multiple enemies around us. They seem to merge with the environment”
(Hikaru)
The girls didn’t realize the full extend of the truth yet.
The girls detected the level 60 cockroach soon, but monsters, trees, rocks, and
even fluid bodies have started moving and attacking the girls. They number in
tens of thousands of them, and the girls dispatch them with magic and their
Mobile Armours. They shoot goo and objects from afar, and when they got near
enough, they open their mouth wide and an extendable jaw emerge from their
throat and spit out concentrated goo at weak joints of the Mobile Armour. The
flexible shields and force shields got destroyed quickly due to the large
numbers of creatures attacking them. The system aided with the magic deployment
of barriers and shields of the girls, and has only small downtime where the
creatures utilize to attack the Mobile Armour. The large stature of the Mobile
Armour allows for a large resistance against the infectious goo attacks of the
creatures.
The [Research Centre] is now on Raka AI auto-mode and
proceed to attack with gun projectiles similar to Lulu’s Fortress. It crush
several of the approaching monsters and trees with its wheels and frontal
armour, but get some of the green goo on its hull and is currently eating away
at the metal.
All the Mobile Armour can summon a hundred and twenty golems
modeled after their main frame using the materials from the environment, but
the anti-magic particles reduces the effectiveness to only twenty-four golems
units. The newly created golems also show signs of viral infection and their
hitpoints reduced constantly at moderate speed, and change to hostile mode once
their hitpoints is reduced to zero, and turn into a new enemy unit.
“They are not only merging with the environment, they are the
environment” (Hikaru)
“My magic skill affinity is really low against this new threat.
My own summoned golems are turning against me. I can just use my Earth magic
mastery to aid in the battleground and provide support with my other weaker
elementary magics” (Sistina)
“I will provide healing and cure the infection and damage
with my advanced <Light> and <Holy> magic. My common skill
<Lightning> and <Water> elemental magic also has its uses” (Sera)
“Nnn. Summons cannot. All magic can” (Mia)
Mia wants to say that she can’t utilize summons in this
environment because there are no useful spirits in their location due to the
infection, and she has basically an almost full repertoire of magic skills,
though Mia is best at <Wind> and <Water> magic element, and
<Spirit> and moderate <Nature> magic. Due to her taciturn behavior,
she only summarizes her words briefly.
The monsters shoot green goo from their mouths and stick
onto the surface of the scale shields deployed around the girls’ Mobile Armour.
After several seconds, the health bar of the shields started dropping very
quickly and a burning hole can be spotted on the shield. Even the splatters
from the acid burst are able to puncture small holes and reduce the health bar
of the adjacent shields. The monsters seem to be of multiple forms. Some are
the trees, some are looking like the rocks, and some are mutated animal that
look so ferocious. They come charging in blindly without a care for their
condition and attack the girls with everything they got. Hikaru slice and dice
the monsters with her large Divine Blade and resist the green goo infection by
blocking it with her Divine Shield. Although it is a Divine item, there is almost
no divinity in them, they are just designed after Satou’s Divine Sword. Satou’s
primeval magic is still unable to create more divine materials to work with, so
the current weapons all work almost like a holy weapon.
The interface of their Mobile Armour is very similar to
science fiction in Satou’s world, due to him having a collection of them in his
room. There is a display screen attached to the head like virtual reality
headset, and many brains sensors attached to the headset to read the reaction
of the girls in the brain itself, reducing the time lag of the body motor
movement. The warrior girls need to operate with the system that uses body
reflex and muscles, but these brainy magician girls operate faster on their
brain and is able to handle the load of raw and processed data input from the Mobile
Armour, enabling them control over the machines almost like their own body. The
Mobile Armour movements are fluid and life-like, allowing maximum battle
capability. With the augment of virtual-reality that Satou provide to the
Mobile Armour, the girls have expanded visions and sensations, the input of
data will overwhelm any ordinary people and cripple them, while they give
headache to the warrior girls. Only Arisa and somehow Lulu managed to barely
able to control these Mobile Armour using brain-sensor interface. The high
intelligence stat of the girls helped very much with their ability to cope with
the amount of inputs.
Mia utilize her advanced Wind magic <Air Vacuum> to
collect and control the monster mobs into a tight spot so that their attacks
can hit more easily and to control their movements to a certain extent. Her
Divine Wand then issued Water magic <Aqua Blade> and Ice magic <Ice
Edge> and <Ice Lance>. The magic attacks gracefully pierce and slice
the monsters and trees, and the ice magic is strong enough to destroy the rocks
and boulders. Mia’s magic is impressive due to her especially high intelligence
stats, she can use her bow together with her wands to strike at the mutated
monsters.
Sera uses her Light and Holy magic to weave a net barrier to
defend the perimeter around the girls, even on the ground. They consume much
lesser amount of mana to maintain to a full barrier, has good offensive power
when defending against monster rushes. Her wand shines brightly as she
constantly perform <Purification Virus> spell on Hikaru who go to the
frontlines, and some of Sistina’s battle golems. With Magic Edge on her wand
and shield, Sera is able to cut the smaller monsters that managed to slip
through Hikaru, and produce bouncing shield that bounce off the green goo back
to the attacker before it touches the shield and body of her Mobile Armour.
Sistina is only able to summon twenty-four golems, but she
can augment them and customize their individual abilities. They are also
stronger and bulkier. There are six one-handed sword and shield as guards, six
magician types, focusing on healing, buffing allies, teleport allies around,
and minor offensive magic attack. Another six of them are agile battle golems
that shoot darts and arrows from a distance, and strike at weak spots with
their dagger in close combat. Sistina with the combat batons is able to
coordinate her battle golems to fill in any role missing in the team. She also
uses her shield to protect from green goo attacks and to smack at enemies with her
batons coated with Magic Edge.
“This reminds me of the battle with Golden Wild Boar King
Demon Lord” (Hikaru)
Hikaru said that as she utilizes her [Damnation Cannon Mk5]
onto a cluster of monsters gathered by Mia’s <Air Vacuum>. Hikaru notice
that the drones that Satou deployed in the air and ground to monitor Blue
Territory has been infected with the aggressive virus and are now coming to
attack the girls with its core equipped with Chromatic stone. This will be a
troublesome enemy to deal with.
The converted monsters have red, blue, and purple ropes
across their bodies. They look similar to the fiend drug case in the Royal
Capital. This is noted and mentioned by Hikaru, Mia and Sistina.
“Looks like an advanced version of fiend drug effect”

“Nn. Infection” (Mia)
“I can heal them, but they got infected again after a while,
and they spread too quickly” (Sera)
“We can somewhat reduce the efficacy of fiend drugs if we
deprive its users of miasma fog around. But in this virus case,
<Purification Virus> spell can only work for a while and the infection
will return. It’s like the virus is in the air itself. If only Satou is here to
show how he undo the monsterfication like he did with Hisui.” (Sistina)
Hikaru immediately tried to raise the alarm to Satou, but
before she can sound it, Satou has already arrived and exterminate the
abominations. Satou then release a special container that look like sci-fi
container riddled with locks. The container has a switch that Satou promptly
pull the lever, and a biometric scanner has Satou’s eyes scanned. Satou then
supply his magic, and inserts a special holy sword that looks like a key into a
transparent opening at the container. The container opened with brilliant
display of lights, and then subsides to display four Holy Shell Mobile Armour
augment pack. They are magic power battery equipped with ten Holy Swords
charged to maximum worth of magic power inside. The packs are also able to
reduce magic cancellation effect up to a certain distance from the device.
Mia summons Tiamat, Garuda, Behemoth, Phoenix, Ifrit, and
Belthazor. She also create <Tsunami> and a lake of water with her
advanced Water magic for Leviathan to join into battle. The arrival of Satou
attracts many new spiritual beings to their area.
“Are you girls ok with the enemy? Can you handle them for
the time being?” (Satou)
“What are you saying? Isn’t it the wife’s duty to help her
husband when he’s in a pinch?” (Hikaru)
“Nn. Leave it to me”
“It should be “Leave it to us”, Mia-san. I will fulfill my duty
as your first legal wife and stop all the monsters here” (Sera)
“You are such a worrywart, Satou. Let’s us handle the
monsters here by ourselves.” (Sistina)
Satou wants to retort Hikaru’s and Sera’s comment, but he’s
lack of time and let it be for the time being. Why are the girls’ thinks they
are already my wives, thought Satou.
“There is an emergency at the warrior team in Dejima
labyrinth. Please use these packs to stall the infection for as long as
possible until I return. This container here can also be converted into a
research facility and Armoured Mobile parts” (Satou)
“You still like to create many new gimmick and parts, just
like when you were studying back then.” (Hikaru)
“So Satou is into mechanical engineering” (Sistina)
Hikaru again revived some memories that Satou would prefer
buried forever.
“I have checked the infection virus with electron microscope
with four times the magnification capability inside the [Research Centre]. The
virus can spread and create new viruses, but it has limited lifespan. Only the
original ones can continue to live on indefinitely” (Satou)
“Most of the original viruses come from the level 60
cockroach. I will use powerful
disinfection spell to clear away the majority of it. Please hold out the rest of
them until I return” (Satou)
Satou exerted himself and cast multiple <Holy Javelin>
onto many hotspots with viruses. Satou injected some divine energy into each of
the javelins, and aim them to its precise location. Several of them hit the
level 60 cockroach that is in camouflage and cause it to cauterize and shrink
while shaking around in a fit.
“Can you bestow us some power capable of neutralizing the

Back to the past (Satou’s POV)
This mutated cockroach was found by Satou one day when he
was looking through Selbira dungeon and found a group of adventurers are having
a hard time fighting it.

“It’s using its feelers to attack like swatters.
Shield-bearers stand guard” (Adventurer 1 - leader)
“Defend the flanks. Don’t let it catch you off guard”

“Shoot your magic and attacks. The shell is slippery and it
bounces our blade off. Hit any of its joint” (Adventurer 3 – swordsman +
shield)
The team of adventurers is slowly taking it down, but the
mutated cockroach just won’t take things lying down. It makes a shrill sound
and many lower level cockroaches start attacking the group of adventurers from
the rear. The lightly defended side started to get injured and their teamwork
began to crumble. I cast multiple <Ground Strike> to skewer the attacking
cockroaches and cast healing to the injured or disabled adventurers. I noticed
they were beginners trained at the adventurer school of Selbira. Looks like
they have the basics hammered into them by Jenna-san and Iruna-san.
I leave the dead cockroaches as loot for the beginner
adventurers, and store the mutated cockroach into [Isolator Cage
<Deracinator Jail>]. The mutated
cockroach is level 30 when I appraise it.

Satou uses <Unit Arrangement> and move to Dejima
labyrinth to help with an emergency there. Creatures that seems like they love
to hugs faces began jumping off from the insides of the cockroaches and latch
themselves onto anything – rocks, trees, animals, water, birds, and start
assimilating into them. Those that tried to assimilate inanimate items in the
environment don’t seem to react much and mostly went into dormant state. Some
that did react turn into fierce golem-like creature of the element they are
attached to. For the living entities, they turn into monsters similar to fiend
drug users, but they have additional blue and purple ropes around their body,
and are far more aggressive and continue spewing out infectious green goo to
the surroundings. Even the trees are not spared and they turn into monsters,
uprooting themselves and attacking with their thick branches or lying in wait
for victims with their root or branch traps ready to ensnare them when they are
not careful.
Sistina studies how to turn the creature back to their
original form, but failed to do so before they turn aggressive and ended up
having to kill them before they caused further harm. The main requirement for
demonsterfication is speed of the process to return them back and the
aggressiveness of the monsters during that process. So far, the process has
been a very painful one and the cure is more hurtful than death itself because
they destroy and recreate the body again, using alchemical process. She has
read up books after books on demonsterfication, but most of it isn’t practical
and the research into that field is incomplete. Her compilation of information
seems to indicate the need to separate two sources of properly mixed elements
in the body of monsters. This is also incomplete, and only Satou has managed to
do to Hisui, Doris’ songbird. The removal of this source also means the removal
of the magic core from the body, which is the crystallization of one of the
magical source in the body. Sistina also noticed that Satou used a special
concoction to revive the animal that has returned from being a monster. She has
tried many trials on mice and small creatures, and still can’t successfully
make one. Sistina brewed another new potion in her chamber and pass it out to
her magic battle golem to inject them into some of the monsters to test them
out after Sera or her golems has cured them temporarily with <Purification
Virus> and other magic that recover them from their aggressive status.
In order to deal with hundreds of thousands of monsters and
inanimate objects attacking the girls from all direction, the girls decide to
make use of the packs to their full capacity. They erected a large ritual
magical barrier similar to a city core over a small area where they stay inside
it, and leave several small openings for the monsters to enter. They position
themselves in the middle, and the magical power from the pack aided in
maintaining the barrier well. The effect from anti-magic particles got lesser
and the girls’ magical power and Mobile Armours’ ability has returned quite a
lot, allowing the girls magical ability to manifest better.
Hikaru in her Mobile Armour managed to deal with all the
monsters in the entrance. Her flexible shields now are able to withstand
several of the green goo attacks. Hikaru obtained a pole from the armoury Satou
left behind. It attaches to the Divine blade Hikaru is holding, making its
reach longer. When she hits it against large enemies, she can control the pole
to give it a powerful pierce and explosion that destroys the monster or objects
directly. Hikaru has been swinging her new weapon like some sort of goddess now.
The green goo effect has been reduced, and Hikaru engage the enemy in melee.
She still uses her magical attack to extend the reach of her attacks, creating
multiple magical forms of her weapon and send it to the clusters of monsters
pouring forth from the openings. She also laid her magical mines outside the
barrier to explode at the monsters crowding at the outside entrance of the
ritual barrier. When all her melee enemies eliminated, she arms her Damnation
Cannon Mk5 and shoots it at the entrance where monsters are pouring in. Hikaru’s
golems are basically there to stall and attract the monsters’ attention and
pull monster trains towards her.
Mia utilizes her summons to command three or four golems
each from her Mobile Armour. Mia also equips each of her summonses with weapons
and light armours that won’t inhibit their movements from the armoury. The
golems that became the summons’ subordinate change their form to mimic the
summonses, albeit in smaller form. Mia also summon out seven elemental dragons,
similar to Arisa, but of different size and capability due to summoner’s skill
difference. Due to Mia’s interaction with [No Life King] Zen, ironically her
shadow magic got into intermediate level closing to advance level, allowing her
to use more shadow-based skills and even allow her to summon a powerful shadow
demon, Belthazor. Garuda is floating in the sky outside the strong ritual
barrier and acts as a scout, provide the image from sky directly to Mia through
summoner link. Tiamat’s powerful seven heads shots magic attacks of each
element. Behemoth strikes with its
Lightning attacks to pulverize the mutated monsters. Phoenix and Ifrit
synergize themselves in a teamwork and burn everything to dust, with Phoenix
roasting the air itself in a wide area, and Ifrit spew molten lava at targeted
monsters that resisted fire damage. Belthazor moves in the shadow and kill off
the monsters in the shadow with its large sickle. Leviathan uses its Water
magic to perform <Aqua Heal> onto any injured allies and avoid disturbing
Phoenix and Ifrit’s element synergy. Mia’s Magic Flute is playing a harmonious
melody that provides positive effects to her summons and her allies. Her
summonses all got their magical abilities, magical power, agility, and morale
boost up greatly, and her golems and elemental dragons have their hitpoints and
agility greatly boosted, allowing them to take more hits and deal more damage
to their enemies.
Sera summoned a new being made of pure Light and Holy magic,
[Angel] with her understanding of <Spirit Seer> magic and assistance of
her enchanted Mobile Armour. The summoned being is still quite unstable, but
Sera is slowly mastering to control her new skill. Sera synergize with Angel to
produce powerful <Purification Virus> spell of Light and Holy magic. From
the armoury, Sera obtain a large and powerful healing beacon pole. The pole
follows Sera’s wand’s movements with no inertial losses, making it surreal to
those from Earth like Hikaru. Sera then place the beacon in mid-air, and her
twenty-four golems act as proper guard with barrier on themselves and interlinked
with each other through light lime wires. Monsters that came out from below and
those that escaped Hikaru’s watch tried to reach for the beacon got cut down by
the light lime wire that is invisible to the naked eyes. Satou’s <Divine Holy Light Magic> and <Divine Holy Light Shield>
match with Sera’s affinity and her Mobile Armour and her <Angel> summon
produce light brilliance that can cure many of the ailments suffered by the
monsters there. Some of the smaller monsters revert back to normal under the
brilliance. However, the pilot and caster herself is suffering greatly in her
cockpit, with only her willpower that maintains her composure and remain calm.
Several of the cocoons that came out from the level 60 cockroach landed a hard
blow to the flank of her Mobile Armour, and penetrated her powerful shields
with great damage on both attackers and defender. Her healing beacon pole did
heal her a little, and it constantly heals the damage on Sera’s body that is
constantly getting tear down by the virus cells.
Sistina go to the armoury and retrieve various weapons and
tools for her battle golems to utilize. She got her battle golems into
formation to protect the girls at the rear and flank. There is also a backpack
that can detach into several large attack beacons when equipped on Sistina’s
Mobile Armour. She got the attack pods to fly around and eliminate enemies from
the air and ground, and when two of the attack pods got their thrusters damaged,
Sistina equip in on her Mobile Armour’s arms and used like a pair of sword.
Sistina is totally in awe and madly in love with all the mecha and gimmicks
Satou made for the Mobile Armours. Among all the magician girls, Sistina played
and tested the most of her Mobile Armour’s features and read the instruction
manual carefully, and also tune her Mobile Armour up herself with the help of
her personal golems. Sistina’s Mobile Armour has multiple gimmicks in it, each
is similar to some special effects on screen, and was developed independently
without any of Satou’s or Arisa’s homeworld’s influences. Rockets and missile
pods came out from the side of the Mobile armour, and Sistina uses her
composite spell <Refill> and <Relaunch> to continuously fire her
attacks without an end. Some monsters managed to reach Sistina’s Mobile Armour
from the underground, but she uses her <Levitation> spell and from her
Mobile Armour, enemy-seeking missiles hit the monsters until they release her
and she slashed them with her attack pod swords. Some parts of her armour got infected
by the green goo, but she still can operate them. Some sort of enlightenment
suddenly hits Sistina, and she controls the remaining intact attack pods to
wildly slice and dice the enemy remotely in her awakened state.
During that time, the indicator for magic power in all the
Mobile Armour the girls are using sounded almost at the same time. The magic
power from the philosopher stone furnace is running low, and the power pack
supplied by Satou kicked into action, resupplying their Mobile Armour again
with magic power. The number of infected and mutated monsters, trees, and
objects rushing to attack the girls don’t seem to subside and got even worse.
“This is endless. We have to clear the entire virus infection
so that new monsters can stop spawning.” (Hikaru)
“Nnn, endless. Keep killing” (Mia)
“We can use one powerful ritual purification magic spell to
hopefully clear all the infection” (Sera)
“The idea sounds overly optimistic, but that’s what we can
only hope to achieve before Satou return” (Sistina)
“I think I know just right method to do that” (Hikaru)
Hikaru inform the girls the method she once uses during her
battle with Golden Wild Boar King. The other girls disagree to blow up one of
their Mobile Armour that Hikaru will modify its programme to become unstable,
but instead all of them will maximize their Mobile Armour capacity and achieve
the explosion without any sacrifice.
Hikaru diverts all the magic power from all the Mobile
Armour, the armoury, and the [Research Centre] into the ritual magic spell to
purify the entire area of the virus specifically. Mia became the catalyst to
boost and control the spell, and Hikaru became the epicentre of the spell, and
is programming the spell to specifically eliminate the targeted virus only.
Sera is in-charge of converting the magic power into Holy Magic, and Sistina
operates the machineries to defend their location while provide extra magic
control to stabilize the ritual magic.
The operation is exceedingly dangerous, but the girls choose
to stand and execute it together for Satou’s sake. The magic power is diverted
from all avaliable sources, even from the air and ground, having a tug-of-war
with the anti-magic particles in the air and ground. The equipment and pebbles
even vibrate during this struggle to overpower each other, as the anti-magic
particles get thicker in response to the girls’ large-scale spell.
The golems begin to lose operation several at a time, so
that the girls don’t get surrounded after losing their defense all of a sudden.
The girls desperately defend themselves against the attacking monsters while
their machines are powering down to divert it all to the large-scale spell.
Some light beams come down to aid the girls once a while from the [Orbital
Satellite], sent by the AI.
When the spell is ready, Hikaru unleash the spell, with the
girls as the epicenter. Thick blinding light is emitted towards outside in a
hemispheric shape. The expansion and contraction of the surrounding air even
bend and contracted the Orichalcum frame of the Mobile Armour. The Holy Light explosion
engulfs the entire area with thick blinding light.
Mia’s shadow summon Belthazor got undone in an instant. The
light is so bright that it engulfs the entire forest in bright light, and can
be seen as a beacon of light from the observatory of Boruenan Forest, alerting
Lua-san and other elven researchers at the Boruenan Observatory. The light even
reached the edges of the Royal Capital of Shiga kingdom and the borders of Saga
Empire, but the incident is eclipsed by the more immediate danger of Meteor
Shower and the display of Aurora Borealis. The light seems to last forever for
the girls in Blue Territory training ground. After some time, the light
subsided and all the monsters, plants, trees, water, rocks, boulders, and
things as large as a hill were piled up around the girls as far as the eyes can
see.
However, movements of objects can still be seen from afar,
and the girls have already used up all their magic power in the last spell.
Things look grim for the girls, and they pour out their own magical power from
their own body to move their Mobile Armour out of the wreckage. This is not
effective as their Mobile Armour sustain serious damage from the compression
and contraction of the last spell, and just can stand and watch. The girls are
forced to open the hatch and exit their Mobile Armour. Mia’s hatch is stuck and
she can’t exit her Mobile Armour, so she made her summons protect the other
girls that exit the hatch with what little spirit magic available.
Satou contacted the girls with Tactic Talk, and inform that
he has completed the matter in Dejima and is coming to aid the girls now. From
the sky, countless beam of Holy Light came down and purify the entire Blue
Territory Forest like rain. The dazzling show of light lasted for almost an
hour. After the light show is over, Satou descended to the girl’s location with
<Sky Drive>. He saw Mia stuck in her Mobile Armour, and free her with
<Unit Arrangement>.
All the girls looks okay. But Satou noticed one of the girls
is having a pale look on her face.
“Are you okay Sera? You look sickly” (Satou)
“I’m okay Satou-sama. Please move away from me, quickly”
(Sera)
Satou starts to get suspicious of Sera’s behavior, and
decides to perform a <Status Check> on Sera. Satou was surprised that
Sera can still walk in her condition. On her stomach and chest area, large
portion of it has turned red, blue, and purple in colour, and the virus
infestation has reached a critical state, with a portion of it is from the
origin point of the cockroach.
Satou takes out a small bed and laid Sera carefully on it.
Sera still tried to struggle around and avoid Satou, trying to run away.
“Please stay still, you are badly infected. Let me see the
wound” (Satou)
“No, please, let me go. I don’t want you to see my wound and
get infected with the virus. I just want to die alone” (Sera)
The other girls got shocked when they realized that Sera is
in a critical state.
“Shhh, lay down here on the bed and don’t think too much.
Nothing bad will happen to you when I’m around.” (Satou said as he laid Sera
down properly)
“Even my holy magic can’t do anything to it” (Sera said as
tears run down her eyes)
“If even this body can’t take it, I will create a new body
for you and revive you again. I won’t let you go away from me that easily.”
(Satou press a button on the underside of Sera’s silver armour and the pieces
collect themselves into a compact case, and Satou slowly lifts the part of her
dress near her stomach and her chest area)
I can just use the Holy Light on her, but it may hurt her
too much. I can even recreate her body with the code I got from the forbidden
magic <Another World> and use Soul magic to place her soul inside her new
body. Though I can recreate life, but I can’t create a soul. Let’s not be a
brute here and just keep this to myself,

face with mixed emotion, shyly covering her face when Satou open her dress)
“Yes, I won’t let you go even if the Gods decide to take you
away” (Satou)

(Satou’s POV)
Oh no, why do I speak up my mind’s feelings in the heat of
the moment? Now the girls have begun to demand equal treatment.
“Don’t worry, Sera is currently in emergency treatment.
Please excuse her for a moment” (Satou)
I quickly give an excuse so that I can start treating Sera
for her infection. I activate my <Spirit Seer>, <Magic Seer>,
<Soul Seer>, <Miasma Seer>, <Microscopic Seer>, and <Infection
Seer>. This time I overuse my eyes too much, so I activate the spell
<Heal> to constantly heal the damage on my eyes and brain to cope with
the situation. <Parallel Thought> and <Thought Acceleration> is
also activated to reduce the burden on the brain. The condition on Sera’s body
is really dangerous. The infection has spread to her lungs and heart at the
chest area. Her abdominal area is also badly affected and some of her organs
have to be operated at. If I’m still on Earth, the doctors will deem this case
as impossible to cure, and the only option is to cut off the infected parts.
But on this planet, magic and divine power exists. I quickly take out my [Nectar
Rev] that has been added with additional healing holy magic and consumable
Magic Essence produced in [Orbital Station], and Blood Elixir Rev 4. I let Sera
drink them a little to strengthen her body. I pour divinity into my right hand,
and I place my hands on her chest. I try to ignore the sensation of holding
onto a mound. Peace of mind! Calm mind! Clear mind!
While pouring a little divinity onto Sera’s skin, I observe
the changes on her body. Magic Seer can see changes in the magical flow in
Sera’s body, and the infected area has reduced its pulling of mana from her
body towards the area. Miasma Seer shows that minor miasma buildup due to body
stress has also reduced. Spirit Seer and Soul Seer don’t show much changes,
though the colour did change, which may indicate the state of the soul mind and
health of the body which are interconnected. Microscopic Seer can pick up small
particles moving in Sera’s bloodstream towards the skin where Satou place his
hands. Infection Seer can see that the inflammation of the body and the attacks
on Sera’s body has slowed down. The virus has started to move along with their
infected host cells towards Satou’s hand, which Satou place a barrier to repel
any of the infected cells from entering his skin and steal the divinity on his
body. In order to improve the speed of the gathering of the virus particles, I
place both hands on Sera’s infected parts while projecting divinity on them. I
also regulate Sera’s blood flow at the infected area to faster gather all the
origin virus cells and particles. Mia got completely angry about the situation,
but I beg her to understand that this is an emergency. Sera even shows a happy
shy face even though it should be very painful for her. Please stop provoking
the other girls, Sera.
After I gathered all the origin virus particles and cells on
Sera’s chest skin surface, I quickly slice it off using <Laser> light
magic and destroy it with <Annihilation> spell I learned from Mia. I
quickly apply <Heal> holy magic on Sera and heal her skin, while letting
her drink more of Blood Elixir Rev 4 to recover her blood loss and vitality. I
would need to carefully monitor the dosage of [Nectar Rev] as it may be too
potent for the Soul Vessel of non-reincarnated people. I repeat the process on
Sera’s abdomen, and this time I store the cut-off skin in my storage. Storing
one from Sera’s chest area may bring bad memories to Sera, so I refrain from
doing so earlier. After healing the skin, I check again with my Seers eyes.
There is no remaining origin virus, but the generated virus using body cells
and materials has shown that it has spread to the entire body due to the blood
flow regulation earlier. I use <Recovery> and <Large Heal> to heal
the damaged cells caused by the virus, and revitalizes the cells so that they
are back to normal. I then use <Purification Virus> three times to make
sure no virus particles generated from the origin virus survive in Sera’s body.
With that, Sera’s body return back to normal. I repeat the <Recovery> and
<Large Heal> to make sure all her cells are revitalized completely.
I get a bag of girl clothes from my Storage and pass it to
Sera. I made sure to properly tell Sera that it was prepared by Arisa. I don’t
want to be known as a pervert who store girl clothes with me. After wearing her
clothes, Sera sat down and looked down at the ground for some reason. I asked
her what is the matter.
“I want you to fulfill your promise for a mouth-to-mouth
when I face a situation like my sister Ringrande last time” (Sera said while
shyly hiding her eyes)
I would gladly do it for her if she is alone, but looking at
the TPO, she forgot that she has three others with her. The strong fortress,
Mia will definitely censor me.
“I will do it if the others are alright with it” (Satou said
jokingly, waiting for the girls to reject it)
“I am alright as long as Satou also give it to me too”

“Mwu. No choice. Kiss Mia too” (Mia)
“I also want a kiss from Satou-sama too” (Sistina)
Why the girls seem so keen on the harem route? This is a bit
perplexing. The mouth-to-mouth has now become a kiss.
I gulp a bottle of the Blood Elixir Rev 4 and mix it with
some of my Magic Essence and Holy magic. I look at Sera’s face. I have been
kissed by her before, and now I am doing it to her. Sera closed her eyes, and
puckered her lips. I put my face close to hers, and place my lips on hers. I
release the content in my mouth slowly inside her, and push my tongue out to
send out the remaining fluid into her mouth. Sera playfully bite onto my tongue
when I push mine into her mouth. Sera can sometimes show her cheeky side to me,
which is kind of fun once a while. Not many people can imagine that the once
celibate miko can have this side of her character. Mia quickly pulls us apart
after I have administered the elixir.
“Will you take responsibility of me? You have seen a
maiden’s precious body” (Sera said while covering her mouth)
I don’t want to hurt her feelings by rejecting her, so lets
give her a vague answer.

Sera seems to have fallen asleep. How come I felt like she
fainted? Hikaru, Mia, and Sistina are looking at me with dissatisfied face. I
quickly move on to another task.
“Now, it is time to give us our fair share, hehehe” (Hikaru)
Please spare me the laughter. This is not a joking matter.
In case of anything, I operate my eyes with six of the skills I use to check
Sera’s condition on Hikaru, Mia, and Sistina. Hikaru, Mia, and Sistina also
have some of the origin virus cells and particles on their body, especially
Hikaru.

Having no choice, I also perform the gathering and clearing
of the virus particles and cells on them, and give them their mouth-to-mouth
drink of the Blood Elixir Rev 4.
After that, I perform large scale cleansing and purification
of the Blue Territory and the Holy Shell Mobile Armour units, together with
[Research Centre] and the armoury packs. Magic is surely convenient in this
case, as large scale cleaning can take years even when done by nations when
there is pollution, and the damage is usually irreversible. Mia then shows me a
mutated infected squirrel from inside a compartment of the [Research Centre]
and requests me to heal it. It takes quite a while to remove the large amount
of origin virus on its body. Hikaru was delighted that the squirrel survived
and calls it Risu. Hikaru’s <Friendship> unique skill allows her to make
friends easily with anything. For now

The outbreak is now quarantined and the infection virus is
mostly destroyed. The remaining virus count is too low to continue the
infection directly. The immune system of the living beings will destroy the
virus when they are in such low amount. The remaining antivirus created will
continue whittle down the mutation virus to a negligible amount. The inanimate objects that got the infection
will be monitored and destroyed immediately if they got violent.
In Boruenan Forest, Satou hold a feast for Aze-tan and the
elves, and the girls from Selbira and Dejima joined with the girls from Blue
Territory. When asked why they have their dinner in Boruenan Forest, Satou just
give a simple reason that things just happen the way it is.
That night in Boruenan Forest, Satou made a feast for the
girls. Satou made some special dishes for Aze, and the girls are unhappy. So
Satou made special dishes for all the girls. For the beaskin girls, Satou made
a big meat dish for Liza, hamburg steaks for Pochi and Tama, and a good amount
of meat and vege for Nana. Arisa and Lulu got their favourite Whale Karaage.
Hikaru, Mia, Sera, and Sistina are only eating a bit of meat, they have a
traumatic experience in their last battle, so I made them some fruit juice
drink. I also serve the girls a good amount of wine made from grapes procured
from Lesseu and the surrounding region, taking out several barrels of them from
Storage.
The magician girls group just realized that they have
neglected collecting magic cores and tried to go back to Blue Territory to
collect them. Satou stopped the girls,
and reasoned out that the infection out there is still not over and magic cores
are abundant and they don’t lack it or have the need to stock more of them.
Arisa spied Satou with <Clairvoyance> spell earlier
and know what Satou did to the girls of the magic division at Blue Territory.
She told Lulu, Nana, Karina, and Zena. Even Tama and Pochi joined into the
conversation, and they protest to Satou about the special ‘treatment’ he gave
to the other girls. That night in Solitary Island Palace is a busy one for
Satou as he needs to give medical treatment for all the girls that went out for
training from the Solitary Island Palace. Satou complained that being popular
is not a good thing, and Arisa keeps pester Satou to give them mouth-to-mouth
treatment. Satou decides to put them to sleep with <Sleep> and
<Lullaby> spell, and the day ended safely for Satou.
In the morning, Arisa woke up the earliest and tried to
sneak a kiss from Satou. Satou realized it, and catch Arisa in a hold and made
Arisa confess what she planned to do to Satou. Arisa shyly confessed to her
action, and ask why Satou never fairly give the other girls mouth-to-mouth
yesterday while pouting. Satou tell Arisa why he perform mouth-to-mouth with
Sera to calm Arisa down, and meanwhile change the topic about why he allows the
girls to train themselves, and he don’t want the girls to endanger themselves
too much.

“This is not MMORPG game ok, we can count ourselves lucky if
a level 90 plus boss appear, which they do once a while” (Satou)

This girl sometimes knows her cheats. I have a rough idea
how to make it work, but Arisa drew up a detailed plan on how to execute the
proposal.
Some may call her crazy, like her initial title when I first
saw her, but it sounds workable to me. Though I plan to make it all easy for
them. Today’s lesson learned is that the world is still vast, and problems can
crop up from everywhere and anywhere anytime. Time to head to the lab and do
some tweaking to the girls’ equipment and safety defense at Solitary Island
Palace and also Boruenan Forest. I want to bring Aze to train too, but she can’t
leave the forest. Maybe I can make a training ground for her using Trazayuya’s Tree
Maze design.
Although I don’t plan
to force the girls to undergo such harsh training themselves, but I won’t
reject them if they are preparing themselves to be strong. Let’s work together,
as mad scientist of this world.
